Yes! Our free plan gives you everything you need to get the hang of Koala and it is available without any payment information and accessible to you forever.
If you have a pro or unlimited account with published tours and cancel your subscription, all your tours will remain visible in your dashboard (you won't lose your work!) and all but the first tour will switch to unpublished. Should you wish to publish more than one tour again you can do so by re-subscribing.
Koala is on a mission to creating the best virtual tour experience and we believe in providing value through advanced customisation options and automatic optimisations that supercharge your experience. Adding a watermark goes against our ethos, so if you want to create a free tour you can enjoy it watermark free.
Koala360 using Stripe as the payment processor and accepts anything that Stripe is legally allowed to process including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and more.

That entirely depends on what you're using it for and what you want to achieve! If you're just learning, start on the free. If you're a hobbiest it may make sense to try the Pro plan on a monthly subscription to get familiar with it. If you use Koala360 regularly to create content or in your business, the unlimited plan is the best bet. The yearly subscription offers better value than the monthly. You can also purchase the lifetime option should you want to purchase a plan and lock in the current pricing.
The unlimited plan is as close to an enterprise plan as we currently offer. But if you have something else in mind you are more than welcome to get in touch!
