Free: Unlimited tours with Koala branding — perfect for trying everything out. Pro: Publish up to 3 tours without branding — ideal for freelancers or small projects. Unlimited: Publish unlimited tours without branding — best for agencies, teams, or anyone with ongoing tour needs.
You can have up to 3 tours published (live and shareable) at once. You can create more tours in your dashboard, but only 3 can be published at any time. This limit doesn't reset monthly — it's always 3 active tours. Need more? Upgrade to Unlimited.
Free tours include a subtle "Made with Koala360" watermark. Pro and Unlimited plans remove all Koala branding for clean, client-ready delivery. This lets professionals present polished work while keeping Koala accessible to everyone.
Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. You keep full access until your billing period ends, then your account reverts to Free. Your tours stay published with Koala branding, and you can re-subscribe whenever you like.
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. If moving from Unlimited to Pro, tours beyond your 3-tour limit will be unpublished. If downgrading to Free, tours will include Koala branding.
